REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be a Canadian Citizen to be
2. All ages may apply
3. One submission per person
4. Must show financial need and a will to inspire others
5. Share a maximum of 1000 words describing your journey. This includes life before, during and after cancer, lessons learned, challenges met, words of support and/or inspiration. Submissions can be emailed or blogged under 'Survivor Sign up - Shared Stories' Stories will be shared on Facebook and Twitter.
